Program overview
Our Digital & IT Rotational Development Program is a unique 2 + 1 experience designed for recent IT graduates ready to launch their careers.
During the program’s first two years, you complete four 6-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience, exploring cutting-edge technologies, and driving innovation across areas like cybersecurity, manufacturing systems, digital technologies, and IT infrastructure.
After graduating, you’ll transition into a permanent landing role, supported by a full year of coaching and leadership development to grow as a leader in our global organization.
