Over 18–24 months, you’ll travel across the country, tackle real-world field challenges, and help bring innovative products from concept to reality. Along the way, you’ll gain broad business exposure through a rotation outside Engineering Services, building the experience, perspective, and connections to shape a rewarding career path.
Corning Optical Rotational Engineering Program (CORE)
The CORE Program offers a one-year rotational experience within Corning's Optical Communications business. Through four rotations in either an Innovation (Invent) or Manufacturing (Make) track, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development to launch your engineering career. Available in North Carolina and Mexico.
